At Anchor Coatings we pride ourselves on the quality of the products we use. They have been proven over the years and in all locations across the world from the Artic cold to the equator heat. Both our texture coating and smooth coatings have been specially formulated to be flexible hardwearing and breathable and have a life expectancy of 20-25 years.

Textured Coating

While the texture coatings are resin based the coatings are micoporous-which allows high levels of entrapped water to escape without causing any blisters or delamination. And will prevent any penetrating damp (like a goretex jacket). They contain perilite to give a texture to hide back blemishes and defects. They also contain Anti-microbial systems which prevents the growth of mould and algae and also contains Titanium Dioxide to ensure it keeps its appearance bright and clean for many years. There are many more ingredients that go into making up the coatings and they are all manufactured to British Standards. This will be explained in greater detail at the survey should you require it.

Smooth Coatings

Our Smooth Coatings have been specially formulated from Goodyear Pliolite tm which provides excellent adhesion which cures to form a tightly adherent, decorative weather resistant membrane and is rain resistant within 20 mins similar to our texture coating which makes it an all year round product unlike conventional paints.

Clear coat

If you do not want to change the look of your property. It might be sandstone brick or feature stonework Reno-dry is the answer. It is a resin based product not silicone it penetrates deeply into the surface and provides an invisible waterproof lining which retards spalling and cracking and reverses the effect of surface tension that draws water into untreated areas It is also micro-porous allowing the walls to breathe and carries the 15year guarantee.

Roof Coatings

Most of us tend not to look at the roof of our property but when you consider that it takes the brunt of the weather elements we should keep it in good condition. A major tile supplier suggests that we should re-tile our roof after 20 years but very few of us do it due to the expense, the inconvenience of opening up of the roof, skips etc.
